What is the Inventory?
 
A professional inventory is the fundamental yardstick of a tenancy agreement in relation to the property’s contents, fixtures and fittings.
 
It forms the basis on which dilapidations will be assessed and impacts on the perceived value / deposit return at the end of a tenancy.
 
Can prevent disputes (between landlord and tenant) over lost or damaged items, at termination of tenancy.
